Team-Building Tools
In Our Elements will soon be offering four toolboxes of “group-work gear” for creating and facilitating interactive team initiatives using the four elements as guiding imagery. Each toolbox will have a set of user-friendly activity resources, with an accompanying facilitation guide with ideas for setting up each initiative, briefing the group, facilitating the exercise, and de-briefing at the end. The four sets of gear will be:
Flow! – supplies/gear for facilitating initiatives that utilize water imagery
Ignite! – supplies/gear for facilitating initiatives that utilize fire imagery
Create! – supplies/gear for facilitating initiatives that utilize earth imagery
Soar! – supplies/gear for facilitating initiatives that utilize air imagery
